The extension may process the current tab URL, manually entered URLs, generated short URLs, selected short-link settings, guest claim tokens, guest short-link history, authentication tokens, and account information such as email address for signed-in users.

The extension uses this information only to provide URL shortening, account authentication, guest history, clipboard copying, and extension settings. The extension writes generated short URLs to the clipboard when requested or when automatic copy is enabled, and it does not read clipboard contents.

The extension may set a ShortURL.FM guest claim token cookie so guest-created short links can be associated with the same guest session on the website. The extension does not read browser cookies.

The extension does not execute remote code. All JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are packaged with the extension. The extension only makes HTTPS API requests to ShortURL.FM and displays returned link and QR code data.

Information received from the browser extension is used in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell extension user data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
